1 General Provisions

  1. The Data Administrator is Lemon Pro Sp. z o.o., Wałbrzyska 11/85, 02-739 Warszawa, Tax Identification Number [PL: NIP] 521-36-555-26, National Business Registry Number [PL: REGON] 146875219, National Court Register Number [PL: KRS] 000477432, District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description) is used.
  3. For the purposes of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term „User” has been replaced by the terms „You”, „Administrator” – by the term „We”. The term „RODO” means Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. To this end, among others, we secure all communication with an encryption protocol (SSL).

2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the administrator of the data of his clients. This means that if you use our website, we process your data such as the IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of newsletter subscribers.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    • in accordance with the provisions concerning the protection of personal data,
    • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the electronically provided Services,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and when the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
      1. to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you when you subscribed to the newsletter.
  4. Every data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing of their data, the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent needed to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain such data.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and his other data with entities authorised under the applicable law (e.g. with the law enforcement authorities).
  8. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or after filing of a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorised under the applicable law.
  10. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimise the effects of a possible data security breach.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by the processor with whom we work closely.

3. Cookies

  1. The website http://www.lemonpro.com uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the software of the computer browser. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognises the type of device the user connects with. The parameters allow to read information contained in them only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.
  2. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our sites in order to improve the functioning of the website, providing more efficient and smooth navigation that is free of problems. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behaviour on the site.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering user’s preferences, they make it possible to better match ads that are addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standards of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within the company to optimise operations.
  5. On our website we use the following cookies:
    • „strictly necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the site;
    • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the site;
    • „performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of pages of the service;
    • „functional” cookies, which allow „remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalisation of the user interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region of the user’s origin, size of the font, the look of the website, etc.;
    • „advertisement” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content that is more tailored to their interests.
  6. The User may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.
  7. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user expressly consented to it by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
